· Description: SJ101 is a fluorine-based sintered flux with an alkalinity value of about 1.8. It is an alkaline flux with gray round particles and a particle size of 2.0-0.28mm (10-60 mesh). It can be used for AC and DC. The welding wire is connected to the positive electrode during DC welding. The upper limit current can reach 1200A. Arc combustion is stable, slag removal is easy, and the weld seam is beautiful. The weld metal has high low temperature impact toughness.

· Application: With appropriate welding wire, such as H08MnA, H08MnMoA, H08Mn2MoA, H10Mn2, etc., it can weld a variety of low-alloy structural steels for important welding structures, such as boilers, pressure vessels, pipes, etc. Can be used for multi-wire submerged arc welding, especially for double-sided single-pass welding of large diameter vessels.
